Mohare Danda Trek is one of the newly opened trekking trails of Nepal. The trek will take you to the top of Mohare Danda from where you will get to witness gorgeous sceneries and snow-capped mountain views. As the trail is newly opened and less popular very few people visit this region making it perfect for someone looking to spend some alone time in nature. Mohare Danda Trek means Eco community lodge trekking in Nepal, and it is also known as Nepal Eco Trek. The trail is extra pleasant during the Spring season as most part of the region is covered with beautiful rhododendron. It is one of the best trekking trails to get close to the gorgeous nature of Nepal. You will see panoramic views of the Himalayan mountains, spectacular sceneries, and fine villages. Views of Dhaulagiri (8,167 m), Annapurna (8,091 m), and Pokhara valley is divine from here.

Mohare Danda Trek begins with a scenic drive to Pokhara from Kathmandu. The drive will offer gorgeous views of lush green hills, waterfalls, rivers, dense forests, and small settlements. From Pokhara, you will drive to Galeshor and begin your trek towards Baskharka and then to Nagi. Leaving Nagi behind you will trek to Mohare Danda. The trail will be easy and mostly go through the forested area and small villages. After spending a night at Mohare Danda, you will trek back to Baisari via Tikot, and drive back to Pokhara.

  • Day 1:

    Arrival Kathmandu, Nepal

    You arrive in Nepal, a beautiful Himalayan country. We will be an international airport on your arrival time to welcome you. Drive approxYou arrive at Tribhuvan international airport in Nepal, a beautiful Himalayan country. Our guide standing with company nameplate to welcoming you. We will drop you in the hotel and the guide will brief you about the trip as well. Drive approximately 20 minutes to the hotel.

  • Day 2:

    Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara

    At the 7:00 am bus leaving from Kathmandu to Pokhara. It will be Early morning for you but after all, it will be a nice drive seeing the beautiful scenery of landscape, nature, small local market of Nepal.

  • Day 3:

    Drive from Pokhara to Galeswor and trek to Baskharka

    Drive to Galeshor little town of Myagdi district. We will have lunch and start out trek to Baskharka. Beginning of walk cross famous river Kaligandaki and uphill all the way to Baskharka. Baskharka is a very nice village and a big farm of orange. If you are in season you will get very sweet fresh orange. Orange ready to eat from October.

  • Day 4:

    Trek from Baskharka to Nagi

    Bye to the orange village. Nice walk uphill with forest. We will stop for lunch on the way, it called Danda Kateri, again a beautiful village. They have homestay here also. After lunch a nice and easy walk. When we will in Nagi, go to see their (paper, women knitting, women delivery and school) project. Today we get a great view of Mt. Dhaulagiri, Annapurna frank, Annapurna South and Nilgiri.

    Trek Nagi to Mohare Danda

    After a good breakfast, we start walking uphill nice and gentle, not hard but we ascend 1100m up. We will not cross any village and even not lunch place. We will pack our food and have a picnic with amazing nature and an open sky with a view of snow-capped mountains. And continue to Mohare Danda. Mohare danda is one of the best panoramic views of the Annapurna range.

    Trek from Mohare Danda to Tikot

    Early wake up for the amazing sunrise and panoramic view of Mt. Dhaulagiri(8167m), Mt. Nilgiri(6839m), Annapurna Frack(7647m), Mt. Annapurna south(7217m), Himchuli(6441m). Mt. Annapurna III(7555m) and Mt. Fishtail(6997m). We will take breakfast with those magical views and start downhill to Tikot.

    Trek from Baisari and drive to Pokhara

    Tikot is a big village of the Magar ethnic group. Our last day trek and homestay. We again go down and drive back Pokhara.

    Free day at Pokhara

    Pokhara is one best place for everyone who wants to do many adventures or just relaxing. Today you can choose whatever you love to do. Like Paragliding, mountain bike, Bungy, or just good rest with massage and eat in very good food with a lovely lake view.

    Fly from Pokhara to Kathmandu

    After a nice trip and adventure trek and rafting in Himalaya. We will fly to Kathmandu from Pokhara after breakfast. When we get Kathmandu we will go sightseeing tour to Boudhanath and Pashupatinath for a half a day after that you will still have more time to explore Kathmandu and shopping. Good dinner together with the culture program.

    Departure
