  • Day 1:

    Landing Kathmandu

    You landing Tribhuvan international airport of the beautiful Himalayan country of Nepal, pick up with our company name tag and drive to hotel approximately 20 minutes. Depending on you and arrival time, If you like to go out to walk and see Kathmandu. We will make you explore the place. Back hotel and brief about the trip, rest at a hotel.

  • Day 2:

    Drive to Arughat and trek to Soti Khola

    Today we eat our breakfast little early and leave for Arughat by a long drive with passing river local villages, small city, and amazing land scope. After Arughat starts to steep up to Soti Khola. In the beginning, cross the river and up steep on the stone step to Sodi. Overnight at a local guesthouse.

    Trek  Soti Khola to Machha Khola

    The day will be a zigzag path up and down Budhi Gandaki rage and continue zigzag passing waterfall, green hill valley, same small tea shops and lodge with fabulous Mt. Ganesh Himal. Overnight at a local guesthouse.

    Trek Machha Khola to Sallery

    Leaving Machha Khola after normal breakfast starts to cross a suspension bridge, a spectacular waterfall, dramatic gorge. Today we walk landslide path with a small path and wide as we. Along the way offer you to see the terrace buckwheat and tobacco fields. On the way we will spend some time in Tatopani, it means natural hot spring and continues to Sallery. Overnight at a local guesthouse.

  • Day 5:

    Trek Sallery to Bee Phedi

    Gradually easy walking day, there is ascend and descend but not hard to get to Bee Phedi. As usual like other days passing river, villages, waterfalls, wonderful friendly people. And Interesting to watch the lifestyle and culture of Tibetan. They typically from Tibet but they speak by different dialect, It called Kukay. The day will be a more wonderful walk by rhododendron forest, bamboo forest and view of Shringi Himal, Lumbo Himal, and Lopuchen.  Overnight at a local guesthouse.

  • Day 6:

    Trek Bee Phedi to Namrung

    The Manaslu Circuit from here changes a bit with the Tibetan influence which is obvious with more Mani walls, and the change in the structure of local homes to dry stone to reflect the climate. We are still in the green forest and colourful Rhododendrons (in spring). Today we pass waterfalls, a huge cave more bamboo, and the grey Langur monkeys, ending the day walking through a large stone archway (Kani) that marks the entrance to the Prok and communities. The paintings and Mani stones on have fierce-looking blue and red characters on the ceiling and walls which are said to stop evil spirits from entering the villages beyond.   • Day 7:

    Trek Namrung to Syala

    We leave Namrung along an easy trail that passes waterfalls and enter the Nupri region who are Tibetan descendants who crossed the mountains over 500 years ago. The influence is obvious with Mani walls, prayer flags, and Buddhist Gompas. After Barchem we will be in the Rhododendron forest. After reaching the Tibetan village of Sho (3,000 meters) we will be rewarded with spectacular views of Manaslu North Peak and also Naike at the head of the valley. Overnight at a local guesthouse.

  • Day 8:

    Trek Syala to Sama Goau

    When we ascend more and more altitude, it changes to be a magical scenery of the Himalayas. Leaving to Samagaon. Samagaon is a lovely village and a great place to chill out and also the closest village to Manaslu Base Camp. Views of the day are Manaslu, Himal Chuli, and Ngai Chuli. Overnight at a local guesthouse.

    Acclimatization day

    Samagaon is typically Tibetan village on the trek. It will give you the opportunity to see daily life living of the local people. There are many options for the acclimatization today. You can do a long hike to MBC or who want to easy day with nice rest. They can explore the village, visit the monastery, go around a short hike to viewpoints. Enjoy the day as you like and good rest for further more. Stay the same place.

  • Day 10:

    Trek Sama Goau to Samdo

    Samdo we are on a wide trail that runs across grassy Kharkas following the Budhi Gandaki. We pass a forest of Himalayan Birch and the long Mani walls of at Kermo Khaka. We may take a side trip to Birendra Kund to view Manaslu northern icefall. Samdo is a Tibetan refugee settlement of about 40 homes created after the Chinese occupation of Tibet. Overnight at a local guesthouse.

    Trek Samdo to Dharamsala

    From Samdo we drop through some fields to some old Mani walls and a stone arch before dropping to Gyala Khola and then climb to some Mani stones where we can see Juniper growing. Also looking down upon Larkye Bazaar which is a trading area where the Tibetans sell large herds of goats if you are there when the Nepali Dashain festival in October/ November. Today we will be rewarded with views of Larkye Glacier which comes from Manaslu. The peaks of Larkye and the north face of Manaslu are still an impressive sight to see. The trails become steeper to the edge of the Fhuge gorge at 4,000 meters before reaching Larkye La Pass and  Dharamshala. Overnight at guesthouse.

  • Day 12:

    Trek Dharamsala to Bhimtang

    We will start early as it is the longest and toughest section of the Manaslu Circuit crossing Larkye La pass. We have the most amazing views up the Bhimtang valley of the Himalayas surrounding us starting with Cho Danda and Larkye Peak. We walk along the Larkye Glacier making a gradual climb up to the summit of Larkye La pass at 5,160 m. From the summit, there is a panorama view of Himlung, Cheo Himal, Gyagi Kang, Menjung, Kang Guru. After pass trail leads us down to a wider valley and large meadow past a Mani wall and to Bhimtang.

  • Day 13:

    Trek Bumthang to Gho

    Bhimatang is magical with lush vegetation as we continue down the valley with views of the west face off Manaslu, following a lateral moraine before crossing a branch of the glacier melt and more moraine and then climb a ridge to some prayer flags. The trail then descends steeply passing Rhododendrons and Pine forest as we trek towards Dudh Khola. We then cross a large landslide to the settlement of Yak Kharka than continue to Gho. Overnight at a local guesthouse.

    Trek Gho to Dharapani

    From Gho continue down to Tilji village through a stone arch we descend further through the walls of the Marsyangdi Valley. Once crossing a long suspension bridge over the Marsyangdi we arrive at Dharapani and turn at the junction we come to the Annapurna Circuit trail. Overnight at a local guesthouse.

    Drive Dharapani to Besisahar

    The off-road drive from Dharapani to Besishahar and have a rest and explore the city around. Overnight at a local hotel.

    Drive back to Kathmandu

    Driving day again to Kathmandu, It will be a long drive to you. Enjoy the view from the bus all the way to Kathmandu and hotel. Have a good refreshment, a nice warm shower. An evening dinner together with culture show.

    Departure
